Return Policy

We understand the importance of clarity in our return procedures, both for our customers' peace of mind and for ensuring a smooth process. Below, we've outlined our updated guidelines to facilitate efficient returns.

WE NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS FOR BUYERS REMORSE! DO NOT BUY IF YOU DON'T WANT THE PARTS! 

Order Modification

Once an order is placed, it undergoes immediate processing, including the generation and payment of a shipping label. This swift processing enables timely delivery but also means orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

Already Shipped?

If you wish to make changes after your order has been dispatched but before receiving it, we kindly ask you to wait for delivery. Upon receipt, you can initiate a return according to our policy. While we may attempt to halt the shipment if contacted before leaving our facility, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Initiating a Return

Obtaining RMA

Prior to initiating a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This helps us efficiently track and manage returns. To acquire an RMA, please contact our Customer Support desk by email at info@diesellion.com . Please note that returns cannot be processed without a valid RMA.

A. Returns for Tuners:


Eligibility:

Tuners are our primary product eligible for returns.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom Tuning services are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Faulty Tuner:

If your tuner is faulty due to reasons beyond your control, we will cover the return label cost.Other Reasons: For non-faulty tuner returns, the return label cost will be deducted from your refund or credit. This also applies to exchanges.Restocking Fee: Returns of non-faulty tuners are subject to a restocking fee, starting at 35%. Additional fees may apply based on the tuner's condition and packaging.

B. Returns for Exhausts, Race Pipes, and EGR Kits:

Non-returnable Items:

We no longer accept returns for exhausts, race pipes, and certain items like EGR kits.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

Exhausts & Race Pipes:

If your item is damaged, we will provide a replacement part or a new product in severe cases of damage. In the event of an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for resolution.

EGR Kits:

Damaged or incomplete EGR kits will be replaced with necessary parts. For incorrect kits, we will promptly dispatch the correct one along with a prepaid return label for the mistaken item.

Other Returns:

If returning a product for reasons unrelated to damage:

Use our provided return label, with its cost deducted from your refund.A restocking fee applies: 50% for exhausts and starting at 25% for EGR kits, with potential increases based on product condition.

Refunds and Credits:

Post-Return Inspection:

To maintain our quality standards, all returned items undergo inspection before any refunds, gift cards, or exchanges are processed.

Gift Card Option:

Instead of a traditional refund, you have the option to receive a Gift Card, allowing you to redeem the amount on future purchases with us.
